vinā is a lively Slovenian sparkling rosé with a beautiful rosé colour and energetic bubbles. Aromas of cherry, rosehip, and forest fruits meet a delicate hint of wild meadow flowers. Bright acidity keeps every sip fresh, clean, and ready for another.
At its heart is Cipro wine. The alcohol is removed in a pressure-controlled process at approximately 30 °C, after which Refošk must and water macerates of rosehip and chamomile are added. The result is elegant and rounded, with the character and ritual of wine—but an identity entirely its own.
Serve well chilled at 8 °C as an aperitif or with fresh seafood starters. Its palate-cleansing acidity also makes vinā an excellent companion to cured meats.
