Return & Refund Policy

You ordered but changed your mind? We are extremely sorry that you are not satisfied with the ordered items, but the good news is you have right to return it and to get a refund.

You have 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of your order to return it free of charge. 

IMPORTANT: THE ITEM YOU WOULD LIKE TO RETURN SHOULD BE UNOPENED AND IN PERFECT CONDITION. 

RETURNING PROCESS – take the following steps:

1.     Send us an email with the order number, the item you are returning and the reason you are returning it.

2.     We will send you return information.

3.     Make sure the package is packed so it will not break during the transport. 

4.     Take it to your local Post Office. You bear the cost of return.

5.     Keep hold of your proof of postage in case we need to see it later.

YOU WILL BE REFUNDED IN THE SAME WAY THE PAYMENT WAS MADE: After we receive the product, we will refund you in the same way you originally paid for it.

YOU CAN ASK US TO EXCHANGE YOUR RETURNED PRODUCTS FOR OUR OTHER PRODUCTS: If you would like we can offer you an exchange for any of our other products.
