We want everyone to be drinking malvazija (malvasia). So we are pouring you this lively wine, very fresh, very juicy, fruity but still with a complex structured balance for easy drinking. It is made from organic grapes and with the minimum of Sulphur. How you ask since malvazija (malvasia) is low in tanins and very sensitive to the use of available Sulphur? We inoculate the most from cool grapes for a fast beginning of the cool fermentation process and keep the wine unfiltered/opaque until bottling – only then we use slight filtration and with the screw cap enable the wine to maintain its freshness in the bottle.
