About Far & Søn
In 2016, a handful of gastronomic personalities had the vision, courage and drive to redefine the non-alcohol drink experience. What they created was an exciting paradox: A range of sparkling, refreshing, elegant non-alcoholic wine alternatives ("proxies"). Drinks which includes all guests and leave a lasting experience.
To achieve the unique flavour experiences, we use traditional fermentation, known from champagne, but stimulate with new technical approaches to brewing.
