Clearly Confused

Clearly Confused is a non-alcohol wine alternative inspired by the forest in Norway and has a fruity, sour and herbal flavour with a delicious hint of fir bar in the finish. 

Core Ingredients:

• Apples from Hardanger

• Spruce bar

• Juniper berries

• Elderflower

• Water root

• Oak

For food:

Cured meats, game, mushrooms, roasted vegetables, creamy soups, casseroles, grilled food, cheese and salty snacks.

Ingredients: 

Water, concentrated Hardanger apple juice, apple cider vinegar, natural botanical extracts and infusions (including quinine), malic acid, CO2.
