There’s a quiet moment when the first light breaks the horizon — gentle, glowing, full of promise. That moment has a name in Slavic myth: Zora — the dawn goddess, the guardian of beginnings.

And so we named our first Vinča after her.

Taste: An easy drinking red

Pour it in the glass. See it. Light red but not a rosé. Could be a bit cloudy but not to offend.

Pure raspberry and sour cherry on the nose. Some wild forest strawberries and a hint of hibiscus. But there is more. You feel some freshness, energy that is not inherent to wine. Yes, it’s the marine and herbs aromas from the green and white tea.

Sip it. It’s easy, pleasant, extremely drinkable. It’s soft to the mouth but feel the acidity. Dry on the palate, fruity-tart like wild berries, with soft tannins and an energetic finish. Vinča demands immediately for another sip.

What is Vinča?

Vinča is something new — a drink that begins with wine, then blossoms through cold-brewed tea.
It’s not wine. It’s not tea. It’s not trying to be either.

It’s a bright, refreshing, low-alcohol hybrid born from a stainless-aged Merlot and two organic teas: a green one with marine tension and a white one with soft floral lift. The result? A red that drinks like a chilled white. A clean, dry, summer-poured glass of lightness.

Playful, quenching, subtly structured — and made for people who love wine but don’t always want its weight.

Zora - the first light

In Slavic mythology, Zora is the personification of dawn — sister to the sun and protector of the world. She opens the gates of morning, stands watch over warriors, and embodies the power of light’s return.

Our Vinča Zora carries that energy:

    We use no added sugars, and no unnecessary interventions.
